Update: New Project Starting Soon & More!

So boom, first thing I want to talk about is the love, support & overflow that I've been receiving, not just from adorá, but all sources. I recently did a food sale & I sold out of food. It was only two meals; Hennessey Honey Glazed Wings with homemade fries & mozzarella sticks & Rasta pasta with Cajun shrimp, crab meat & spinach. Just about everybody who came out to gave me a tip. Some people even paid in advance. It was beautiful. I ran out of potatoes, Hennessey sauce & Alfredo sauce so I couldn't make anymore meals. I was happy, I felt the love & I felt so appreciated. I know I'm important, but I don't always feel important, so that was a surreal moment for me. Truly.

On to adorá, I'm starting a new project. More details soon, but it's jeans. Yes, I am making jeans. On another note, I'm about to make more of a certain tee I only made for myself.

The reason why I only made this shirt for myself is because, originally, I made one for someone else first. However, the place I was using to do the prints did not do full back prints. So it wasn't what I wanted. When I found the place that did this for me, it closed recently. By recent, I actually don't know. I think it was because of Covid. This print is very faded. I have a new place that can do it now. So I'm going to be putting it out soon, but it'll be apart of the capsule drop.

There is an artist that I've been waiting on for her to open commissions. I want her to make stickers for the brand. I'm going to give her creative freedom to do what it is that she do. I trust her abilities & ideas to create something she's not only proud of, but something that will be lasting in the hearts of many. Really, it's one thing that I want her to run with, play with. It'll get back to this on here after I actually tell her the concept.

So, there was a design I made that I wanted to put on a black crop top. I can't post the image of said design because it'll be stolen if I do that, but I can post the crop top.

The finish was supposed to be more metallic, more chrome like. It's lacking that. I feel to fix this, I'll just get the design embroidered instead. I called a place that does embroidery by me & ordered blanks today. I might have to make the size of the design bigger because I'm putting it on a crewneck sweater, but we'll see how it goes. I'm excited about this one.

There's always more I want to share, but I just can't yet. I have to get more into what I'm doing & have more photos for you guys. The next post will be dedicated to explaining how to order existing pieces from me because I don't have a website or anything yet.
